Die Runtime-Version ist nahe dem Anfang von app/linux/flathub.yml festgelegt (etwa Zeile 3), und das Issue verlinkt die Release-Seite von freedesktop-sdk mit den unterstützten Branches. Ändere die Runtime und die passenden Extension-Branches von 24.08 auf eine unterstützte Version wie 25.08 und prüfe anschließend mit flatpak-builder, dass der Flatpak-Build weiterhin erfolgreich ist. Fertig ist, wenn das Manifest auf der neuen Runtime baut und die EOL-Warnungen nicht mehr erscheinen.

I manually installed the flatpak provided in the releases. But now, when running flatpak update I get the following warning:
