What

The plugin adds about 1.9k tokens to every session: the descriptions of five skills, one command and five agents.

Why

That cost is paid in sessions that never review anything.

Acceptance criteria

  • Agent descriptions are cut to what the review needs to dispatch them, and companion skill descriptions keep only their trigger phrases.
  • The README cost section is re-measured and updated.
  • The fix-node and one review eval still trigger the right skill from a plain-language prompt.
