Rechercherichtung

Grep the Lua sources for BuildPlanner and for Documents/My Games/Path of Exile 2 to find where the default save path is constructed and where each guide keeps its own build path. Then read how existing user settings are defined, persisted and surfaced in the settings UI, because the fix is one more path setting that the planner reads instead of the hardcoded default. Done means a user sets the folder once and newly opened guides pick it up, with per-guide paths still overridable.

What platform are you running Path of Building on?

Windows

Is your feature request related to a problem?

No

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently the default folder set for where build planner is saved is C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\BuildPlanner. For people who have One drive syncing their document folder that path changes to C:\Users\USERNAME\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\BuildPlanner. My request is to have an setting that lets us update the build planner path so everytime I re open POB I do not need to update the path in each guide.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just keep manually setting the build path and build name when opening pob and guide
