The issue names no source files, so start by finding where the tool reads go.mod and where it prints the note about ignoring go.work, then see how the --work flag would route through the same comparison. Add an examples/ directory with a made-up two-module workspace and an integration test that compares two go.work go lines. In workspace mode the go line in go.work sets GODEBUG defaults. Today the tool ignores go.work and prints a note. Add a --work flag that copies go.work instead of go.mod and compares at two go.work go lines. Include a made-up two-module workspace in examples/ and an integration test.
