The issue names no source files, so start by finding where the tool reads go.mod and where it prints the note about ignoring go.work, then see how the --work flag would route through the same comparison. Add an examples/ directory with a made-up two-module workspace and an integration test that compares two go.work go lines. good first issue

In workspace mode the go line in go.work sets GODEBUG defaults. Today the tool ignores go.work and prints a note. Add a --work flag that copies go.work instead of go.mod and compares at two go.work go lines. Include a made-up two-module workspace in examples/ and an integration test.
