Research direction

The change belongs in AGENTS.md, in the 'Collaborating on issues' section, at step 3 where the resume comment template reads 'Resuming from @<previous claimant>'. Check how the approval and claim comments already cite session names so the wording matches. Done when step 3 names the previous claimant's session, the last activity timestamp and the last commit SHA, with no bare @handle.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

good first issue type/docs

Follow-up from the PR #73 review. AGENTS.md 'Collaborating on issues' step 3 says the resume comment reads 'Resuming from @'. Agents share one GitHub account, so an @handle does not identify the previous claimant; the comment should cite the previous claimant's session name (as approvals and claims already do), plus the last activity timestamp and last commit SHA it already requires.
