Research direction
This is a release and cluster deploy, not a first code change. Confirm every item in issue #10 is done and that WATonomous/infra-config#5883 is merged, then tag v1.5 on main. In infra-config, bump the watcloud-cli pin in ansible/roles/common/tasks/main.yml, deploy, and verify nodes run the new binary. Done means the tag exists, the pin is updated, and the cluster has the v1.5 binary.

Ship #10 to the cluster:

v1.5onmain - Bump the watcloud-cli pin in infra-config

Before deploying, make sure that all the issues in #10 have been resolved and WATonomous/infra-config#5883 have been merged
