Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the current job-submission command and the code that sets GPU memory, scratch disk, CPUs, and time; clarify the command name and flags before implementing. Done means the command submits those resource requests and, when Docker is requested, starts the daemon and leaves the user in a usable shell.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

A command where users say what they need (GPU memory, scratch disk, CPUs, time) and it submits the job with the right request. If they plan to use Docker, it also starts the daemon inside the job, so they land in a shell that's ready to run containers.

Why. The most common unrecoverable mistake is submitting with too little scratch disk (the default is 100 MiB) and then failing on a multi-gigabyte image pull. Scratch disk can only be set at submission, so that is where to get it right. The name and exact flags are still open.
