Currently there is Unbreak Rules to skip Narrator, Moods and Dialogs.
Would be great if there's also option to unbreak only one sentence lines: meaning that to skip lines with ./!/? before

using SubtitleEdit 3.5.15 with plugin Lines Unbreaker 2.3
