Description

I couldn't figure out why my custom plugin wasn't showing up. I had to go down a wild goose chase before finding learning that the issue was
"ShowPluginsMenu": false
in '%AppData%\Subtitle Edit\Settings.json'.

I'm happy that I got this figured out, but would like to know why it was hidden in the first place?
