Assessment

This issue has not been assessed yet.

Description

The v4-always-succeeds.plutus fixture copies the V3 script with its envelope type changed; the V2 fixture similarly copies V1. These fixtures are used for transaction construction tests, which do not execute the scripts.

Update each envelope’s description to state its origin and intended use, so future tests do not mistake it for a script validated for execution under V4 or V2.

Raised in PR #1453 review.
