Description
Found by the builder on #1368. x is @ prints only Syntax error line 2: unexpected character '@', under both --lint and a normal run, with no N | line excerpt and no caret. Parser errors print both.

eigs_print_caret_src. - A test in tests/test_lint.sh pins the excerpt and caret for a lexer error on a space-indented line and on a tab-indented line.
