Description
Since #1361, strict is the default and EIGS_STRICT=0 is the opt-out. A note at the top of docs/BUILTINS.md defines how to read the old phrasing, but about 30 rows still describe the non-strict answer first, as if it were the default (... answers 0; under EIGS_STRICT=1 raises). A reader who skips the note reads the wrong default.
Find them with grep -n "EIGS_STRICT=1" docs/BUILTINS.md.

- Each such row states the default first (raises) and the
EIGS_STRICT=0answer second. -
