Research direction

The issue does not name files or tests. Start by locating the recording playback implementation and checking how it responds when the app moves to the background; this requires reading around the Android playback and lifecycle code. Done means playback continues when the app is minimized, another app is opened, or the home screen is shown.

Feature description

Hello,
Thank you for a great and straightforward no BS app.

I noticed that when playing recordings but then minimizing the app or switching to another app or going to home screen, audio is stopped.

No background playing.

Wonder if possible to fix it? Or add this feature.

Thank you

Why do you want this feature?

App has to stay in the foreground to play recordings. Sometimes need to have that audiio playing even when I switch apps or send it to background.
