Research direction

The issue names only the dialer's hardware keyboard input and the existing call action, so start by finding where the Kotlin Android app handles key presses on the dial pad and where it triggers a call. Done means pressing Enter on a hardware QWERTY keyboard places the call the same way the call button does. No comments or assignee yet, so confirm the approach with a maintainer before opening a pull request.

Feature description

On my unihertz titan hardware qwerty keyboard works fine with fossify phone to enter phone number with hardware digital keys. But it would be hande if i can use keyboard gor most actions. So it would be good enuff if i can press enter key to make a call.

Why do you want this feature?

Itll be handy to me n possibly to other qwerty phone users
