Part of Add Odoo integration to New Expensify

Problem

There's no UI to pick an Odoo account per card program or per card.

Why is this important?

Admins need it to use the Release 5 backend work.

Solution

Follow Campfire's App#100184: the Configure exporting to multiple accounts toggle (only with several card feeds), a Card program account per feed and a Per-card account, with the default separated at the top of each picker. Also the Accounting section with an Exports to row in card details. Both places set the same value.
