Research direction

Start by reproducing the report with WorldGuard 7.0.14-SNAPSHOT+3083009 on Minecraft 1.21.4 with plant and vine growth disabled, documenting whether glow berries still grow or glow. The issue does not provide reproduction steps or identify files, tests, or expected behavior; completion would require a confirmed scope for glow berries and a decision on the requested dripstone option.
