Found while working on #698 (PR #706); it was already like this on main.

The PFLICHT column header in the Checkliste template editor sits off its checkbox column. Header and rows probably don't share column widths. Use Grid.IsSharedSizeScope with a SharedSizeGroup (see AGENTS.md, ragged Auto columns), or the fixed widths the other Stammdaten headers use.
