Overview
Fix the registration Actions section so license buttons share a left edge and consistent widths. Remove the redundant Manage License row title. Requested by the maintainer.
Technical Approach
Use a vertical action layout instead of the settings label/value grid and reuse existing BrandButton sizing. Preserve action handlers and disabled states.
