描述
Currently, problems/anagram/ has solutions in C++, JavaScript, and Python, but is missing an implementation in C.
I would like to add an efficient C implementation in problems/anagram/solution.c using a 26-element character frequency array that handles case-insensitivity and ignores spaces.
