Description
Under the Contributing section of the README:
"- Add a solution in a language a problem doesn't have yet (
solution.rs,solution.c, ...)."
Currently, problems/binary-search has solutions in C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python, but does not yet have a standard C implementation (solution.c).
I would like to contribute an iterative $O(\log n)$ binary search implementation in C, verified via python run.py binary-search --lang c.
