Start with the /tracks/{track_id}/streams endpoint described in the issue and review how its alternate stream URLs are selected. Determine whether 256kbps or 320kbps streams can be exposed without calling the original upload, and document the supported behavior as done.

I see that the /tracks/{track_id}/streams endpoint provides alternate stream urls. It would be awesome to have access to additional streaming quality options here. i.e. 256kbps or 320kbps?
Or is there currently a way to get a stream url for better quality files without calling the original upload?
