Reproduce the listed tab close and reopen steps on the same source. Done means the reopened view shows the original project as active and Save writes edits to it.

描述

After opening a project, closing the interlinearizer tab and opening it again restores the draft's content but no active project. The project picker shows no Active badge, and Save behaves like Save As. The user has to open the project again to save to it, and that replaces the draft with the saved content.

The active project is kept only in WebView state ('activeProject' in InterlinearizerLoader). That survives a tab restore but not a new tab. The draft is stored per source and doesn't record which project it was loaded from.

Steps: open a project, make an edit, close the interlinearizer tab, then open the interlinearizer on the same source.

Expected: the reopened view shows the same project as active, and Save writes to it.

Where: src/components/InterlinearizerLoader.tsx (useWebViewState('activeProject')). Remembering the active project per source in the host would also give openSession's interlinearProjectId a source of truth.
