描述
In SelectInterlinearProjectModal the project chosen for deletion is handed from the menu item's onSelect to the dropdown's onCloseAutoFocus through a ref (#L97-L104, #L213). The confirm opens only because Radix fires the close-focus callback after the select; nothing structural enforces that order.
Hold the requested project in state, or control the dropdown's open, so the confirm opens from data rather than from a ref read in a focus callback.
Done when: opening the delete confirm doesn't depend on Radix's callback order.
