great chat yesterday esp about APIs for connecting to wordpress.
wpidentity, this project, is how I'm getting to wordpress.com.
it also has a storage system attached for the user's data, built on MySQL.
it would be really great to get a code review of this package before releasing, we might avoid some compatibility issues we'll wished we had looked at.
if so, the place to start is with api2.js, and the example app that it's contained in showing how it's used.
i really does factor out a bunch of code, presenting a higher level interface to the JS programmer for code running in the browser.
and it may provide flexibility down the road.
note this is MIT-licensed, so it's more of an API than an implementation, though I am proud of the implementation. ;-)
it also is part of FeedLand, was initially developed because we needed to do a quick corner-turn off twitter identity when they exploded.
