描述
The farmer landholding Evidence acceptance live run (products/breg/acceptance/farmer-landholding-evidence/tests/run-live.py, with evidence/run-provider.py) gets a token without the registry_actor_kind claim the registry now requires. The run fails before the journey. It fails the same way on origin/main (checked 2026-09-28), so this is not from the WP3 ledger work.
The live run is not in CI, so nothing noticed.
Fix: issue the claim from the provider fixture the way the other acceptance fixtures do.
Found while removing package signing from the example workflows (#1418).
