调研方向
Start by locating the Android time picker implementation and the Date picker text color implementation referenced in the issue. Compare how the Date picker exposes and applies text color, then identify the corresponding path for the time picker’s Cancel and Ok buttons. Done when the Android time picker supports a textColor prop consistently across devices.

描述
Feature request
For the time picker (android), there is no textColor prop. This is needed particularly for the "Cancel" and "Ok" buttons on the bottom.
Why it is needed
For this to work across all android devices, it needs to be added to the plug in, as the styles.xlm cannot be consistent across devices if edited directly.
Possible implementation
Use the same implementation that is used within the Date picker. Android: text color
