描述
In all torch installation instructions, torchvision is an unalienable part of it. This made sense when all major work was related to computer vision. However, PyTorch grew way past that domain.
I see no reason why the instructions would ask to install both torch and torchvision
Each domain-specific package should have its own instructions. For example, that what torchdata does:
