To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (if applicable):
- Go to https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torchmetrics/
- Click on torchmetrics-1.0.3-py3-none-any.whl
- See error
Expected behavior
The Wheel should start downloading.
