Problem
Go GetStringByName(0, ...) reads only row 0. Rust InternalResultParser requires exactly one row and fails with UnexpectedRowCount on extra rows.
Claim
when SHOW SESSION_STATES returns more than one row, Rust must use the first row and ignore extras, matching Go.
