Run make start to open the demo project and inspect where ingestion progress is displayed and source completion is tracked. Use make test to run the core tests. Done means the bar shows completed/total after the first source and an estimated time remaining based on average time per source.

Today the progress bar only pulses.
Done when: after the first source the bar shows a fraction (done/total) and an estimate such as "about 2 min left", based on the average time per source.
