从gknowledge/app.py开始，检查现有的加速键。然后查看应用如何构建主菜单和 GTK 窗口。添加一个Gtk.ShortcutsWindow，列出 issue 中提到的六个快捷键，设置按 Ctrl+? 打开它，并将其加入主菜单。运行make start，验证快捷键窗口能够打开并显示这些操作。

描述
GNOME apps expose their shortcuts in a shortcuts window.
Where to look: gknowledge/app.py (accelerators), Gtk.ShortcutsWindow.
Done when: Ctrl+? opens a window listing New/Open project, Preferences, Quit, Ask, Search pages; it is also in the main menu.
