Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When an administrator gets a request for ownership transfer of a board it does not always have the board id.
The board id is required and today one has to go via the database to get it. Or impersonate the old user.
Describe the solution you'd like
An extra command: occ deck:list and or deck:search to get the current owner and id.
