在桌面浏览器中打开 Deck 卡片的 TOC，将光标移开，并确认 TOC 仍然可见且遮挡详细内容，以复现该问题。跟踪处理 TOC 可见性、hover 和固定的 frontend 代码；完成标准是光标离开后，未固定的 TOC 会消失，同时现有的移动端行为保持不变。

Describe the bug
Detail of Deck have the toc, but different with text , toc will not disappear when mouse cursor leaves toc.
The bug is also exist in mobile(Androd) tablet.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to TOC
- Click on TOC, show the TOC
- Leave mouse cursor
- See TOC still exist and hide the detail
Expected behavior
TOC will disappear when mouse cursor leave toc just like nextcloud text if not pinned.
