Describe the bug

When attempting to install the CLI with an unsupported (outdated) version of node, you get the Success! Netlify CLI has been installed message before the installation actually fails.

1. Install node v12.10.0
2. npm i -g netlify-cli (in this case, it was 9.13.5)
