The payload names no files, so start by finding the explainer section that describes browser-managed group state and its operations. Decide whether concurrent use across tabs and workers belongs in the spec or stays application scope, which requires maintainer input first. Multiple tabs or workers may try to use the same group at once. The explainer should define how the API handles concurrent operations on browser-managed group state. I am not sure if this is purely application scope or needs specification around
- how operations are serialized
- rejects conflicting mutations and how is it treated (retry or fail)
Also wonder, if included text on the behavior across tabs and workers , so applications do not need to invent their own coordination rules.
