Multiple tabs or workers may try to use the same group at once. The explainer should define how the API handles concurrent operations on browser-managed group state. I am not sure if this is purely application scope or needs specification around
- how operations are serialized
- rejects conflicting mutations and how is it treated (retry or fail)
Also wonder, if included text on the behavior across tabs and workers , so applications do not need to invent their own coordination rules.
