Start by running the project's existing tox setup from a clean checkout to see each step a newcomer would need. Write a short developer-setup section that covers creating the environment, making a change, and running the tests, and optionally add a Makefile or bash script that wraps those commands. Done means a new contributor can follow the doc from scratch and run the test suite without asking for help.

描述
This was my first time using tox, so it took me a while to get up to speed to start making changes. It would be nice to have some documentation for "here's how you get a development environment set up, make a change, and run the tests". Even better if it was in a Makefile or bash script.
