Issue exists but was closed as fixed, even though the problem is still occurring

• Extension version: 0.166.1
• VSCode Version: 1.138.0
• OS: Mac OS Golden Gate 27
• Repository Clone Configuration (single repository/fork of an upstream repository):

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get Claude code to create a PR

2. Click on a link to the PR. This opens an internal preview window instead of a browser

Reason

Opening a PR on a preview window is friction because github UI on a browser is richer and enables you to do more. The preview window is unhelpful and should be able to be turned off as an option or just always disabled
