Issue exists but was closed as fixed, even though the problem is still occurring
- Extension version: 0.166.1
- VSCode Version: 1.138.0
- OS: Mac OS Golden Gate 27
- Repository Clone Configuration (single repository/fork of an upstream repository):

Steps to Reproduce:
- Get Claude code to create a PR
- Click on a link to the PR. This opens an internal preview window instead of a browser
Reason
Opening a PR on a preview window is friction because github UI on a browser is richer and enables you to do more. The preview window is unhelpful and should be able to be turned off as an option or just always disabled
