The payload names no files, so start by reproducing the bug: press Ctrl+Backspace in an editable field of XML Notepad and confirm a box glyph is inserted instead of the previous word being deleted. Then find where the app handles key input for its text editing controls, which may be a custom text box subclass or a standard control's key handling. Done means Ctrl+Backspace deletes the word before the cursor in every editable field, with no stray character inserted.
