Feature Request: "Paste After", "Paste Before"

Start by locating the existing paste command and keyboard-shortcut definitions in XmlNotepad; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Determine how the current paste behavior chooses where to insert a node, then assess how “Paste Before” and “Paste After” should place the selected node as a sibling. Done means both commands work with the requested shortcuts: Ctrl+Shift+V and Ctrl+Alt+V.

描述
I often edit a document that contains many child nodes (each one named "texts") under the document node. Each "texts" child node has a fixed structure of inner nodes and attributes:
I usually keep one empty "texts" node as a template at the end of the list, and then copy and paste it to create new entries.
After selecting it, I press CTRL+C. But I cannot press CTRL+V, because it will be inserted as a child, not as a sibling. Instead, I have to press "POS1" and "DOWN" first to navigate do the document node.
Therefore, please add "Paste Before" (with shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+V) and "Paste After" (with shortcut CTRL+ALT+V).
