docs/concepts/observability.md mixes a high-level explanation with environment-variable reference data, implementation internals (including FrozenDictionary and ConcurrentQueue), complete custom logger and custom event-header C# implementations, Kusto queries, and logging controls. The implementation detail and large examples overwhelm the core explanation of what telemetry channels exist and what operators can observe, while exact settings belong in reference/how-to pages.
