Problem
docs/concepts/README.md is the entry point for understanding the proxy, but its opening repeats the same telemetry and autoscaling claims (the overview paragraphs and the Quick Topics cards). The page also mixes the conceptual introduction with broad feature descriptions that are not clearly tied to the proxy's role. Some wording is misleading against the current implementation: it says profiles come from Cosmos DB, while the profile reader supports configured sources; it characterizes APIM as the proxy's cross-region load balancer, blurring APIM and proxy responsibilities.
Requested outcome
Keep the page focused on the reader's core question—what problem the proxy solves and how a request flows through it. Remove repeated introductory claims, clarify the boundary between the proxy and APIM, and align examples and statements with the current source and taxonomy. Link readers to the detailed concept and task guides rather than restating them.
