In this repository, update the named readers in check-born-triaged.mjs, reenter.mjs, admit.mjs, label-unblocked.mjs, intake-reenter.yml, docs/conventions/pr-pipeline.yaml, work-items/labels.sh, work-items/morning-brief.sh, and the plugin-quality audit skill; inspect recurring-schedule/file-due.mjs for retired cadence labels. Done means each reader accepts the specified old and new names and no retired labels are read or applied.

Problem: renaming labels breaks every reader that matches the old name; a reader that accepts both names first makes the live rename safe.
