描述

Problem

Dify currently does not expose Swedish (sv-SE) as a selectable application locale, despite Swedish-speaking users needing localized UI for authentication, knowledge bases, agents, settings, and operational messages.

Proposed change

Add Swedish as a registered locale in the API and web application, supply the complete current Swedish web locale modules, register it in the language selector and locale-aware frontend paths, and add focused registration coverage.

Scope

This is an i18n-only change. It does not alter product behavior outside making Swedish available as a supported locale.

Validation

The accompanying implementation validates key parity, placeholders, locale registration, and the focused frontend registration test.
