The jetty-runner class was deprecated in https://github.com/eclipse/jetty.project/issues/1905
It looks like most promising replacement is to use the jetty-home artifact, with a start.ini file. But that still leaves a lot of questions unanswered. Not that JRuby is fully ready to be run on Java 10+, but wanted to put this on the radar.
