The failure comes from warble loading the Java integration when no JRuby is present; start by finding where the task requires java in the warbler gem's lib directory and the Rake task definitions. Check the error path for a missing-JRuby case and see whether a clearer message or a FAQ link can be added there. I'm trying to get going with warbler. I'm beating my head against the error message below. As a newbie, it doesn't give me any next step. Please provide a better error message, or perhaps a FAQ entry.
