[BUG] 定时任务重复执行

报告提供了 PHP、Swoole 和 hyperf/crontab 环境，以及计划、配置和任务类的屏幕截图，但没有列出源文件或测试。首先使用该配置重现重复执行，并跟踪计划任务的入口点。完成的标准是：一个已配置的任务按照预期的每个计划运行一次，而不是重复执行。
