[BUG] 定时任务重复执行

このレポートには PHP、Swoole、hyperf/crontab の環境と、スケジュール、設定、タスククラスのスクリーンショットが示されていますが、ソースファイルやテストは記載されていません。まず、その設定で重複実行を再現し、スケジュールされたタスクのエントリーポイントを追跡してください。完了の条件は、設定されたタスクが意図したスケジュールごとに1回実行され、繰り返し実行されないことです。
